How Logimu collects, uses, and protects your information.

Logimu ("Logimu", "we", "us") is operated by CP Development doo, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Serbia, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. This policy covers our website at www.logimu.com, the Logimu developer console and API at api.logimu.com, and inquiries submitted through our contact form.
It does not describe the product data the Service returns, which is observed, publicly available marketplace information about products and sellers — see "What the API returns" below.
Information we collect
Account information
When you register for API access we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and your password, which we store only as a salted hash and never in plain text.
API keys
We store only a hashed form of your API key, plus a short non-secret prefix so that you can recognise it in the console.
API usage records
For every API call we record the endpoint, marketplace, timestamp, response status, credits consumed and remaining, and the originating IP address. We also log your query inputs — the search terms, ASINs or identifiers you send in order to return a result. We use these records to meter credits, support you, investigate errors, enforce rate limits and detect abuse.
Payment information
Purchases are processed by Sold through Link, LLC (f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC), our merchant of record, which collects your billing details and payment method to process the payment. We never receive or store your full card number. CP Development doo is the controller of your Logimu account data. We receive the transaction confirmation, order reference, billing name, email and country, which we hold as our record of sale and use to credit your account.
Contact form
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, and the details of your message. You may optionally provide a phone number and website URL.
Automatically collected information
Our web servers log standard request data: IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, pages requested and timestamps.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2CEWDMRS2K) on www.logimu.com and api.logimu.com to measure how the site and console are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes an abbreviated identifier for your device. We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags or behavioural ad tracking.
When you sign in to the console we set a single session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure). It is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and cannot be disabled without preventing login.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your use of the API.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your account, authenticate you and issue your API key
- To deliver API responses and meter credit consumption
- To send transactional and account emails, such as your welcome email and notifications about your account or credits
- To process purchases, maintain records of sale, and meet tax and accounting obligations
- To respond to inquiries, provide support and produce project quotes
- To prevent, detect and investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents, and to enforce our terms
- To monitor service quality and improve the product
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use your query inputs or usage data to build advertising profiles.
Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract — operating your account, delivering API access, metering credits, processing your purchase
- Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, service quality and product improvement
- Legal obligation — retaining invoices and transaction records required by tax and accounting law
- Consent — analytics cookies, where consent is required in your jurisdiction; you may withdraw it at any time
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers, each with access limited to what their function requires:
- Sold through Link, LLC (f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC) — merchant of record; checkout and payment processing
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics website and console measurement
- Email and hosting providers — to deliver account emails and run the Service; servers are located in Germany, in the European Union
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or systems.
What the API returns
The Logimu API returns product listings and marketplace seller information published publicly by retailers and marketplaces, together with the price, ranking and seller history we have observed over time. It is marketplace and business information. We do not build, sell or offer consumer profiles, and the API is not a source of consumer personal data.
Data retention
- Account records — for as long as your account is active
- Usage and audit logs — up to twenty-four (24) months, for security, billing and compliance
- Invoices and transaction records — for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law
- Contact form submissions — for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter
- Web server logs — up to 90 days, for security purposes
If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your account and associated personal data within ninety (90) days, except where we must retain certain records, such as invoices and payment records, to meet legal or accounting obligations.
Data security
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and hashed API keys, server firewalls, access controls and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Contact us via our contact form or at support@logimu.com and we will respond within 30 days. Requests relating to payment data may need to be directed to Lemon Squeezy, and we will tell you if that is the case. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or the UK you have the right to:
- Access, correct or delete your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Your account and usage data are stored on servers located in the European Union (Germany). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another recognised safeguard.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Data breach notification
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by applicable law, without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes we will notify account holders by email.
