This policy applies to purchases of Logimu API credits and subscriptions made through our online checkout. Logimu is operated by CP Development doo.

Our policy

We honour the statutory rights set out below in full. We do not add any conditions, qualifiers or exceptions of our own, and we do not ask you to waive any statutory right of withdrawal.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from the purchase, that right applies in full:

  • European Union, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland — 14 days from the transaction
  • Turkey and Israel — 14 days from the transaction
  • South Korea, Brazil and Canada — 7 days from the transaction
  • Singapore — 5 days from the transaction

Where your local consumer protection law gives you a longer period or a stronger right, the higher level of rights always applies.

Everyone else

If you are outside the regions listed above, you may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date.

Products that do not work

If the API is not delivered, or is materially defective or unusable, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund of the charges paid, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time, with effect from the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged after the cancellation takes effect.

How to request a refund

Contact us at support@logimu.com or through our contact form, and we will process your request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
