Terms of service.

Terms governing the Logimu website, the Logimu API and your account.

Effective date: August 11, 2026

Last amended: September 1, 2026 — Sections 6a (Data we collect when you make a request) and 6b (Rights in the data) added. These sections clarify how the Service already operates and the rights already granted, reserved and disclaimed under Sections 5, 6, 9 and 11; they do not change them, and take effect on posting.

These terms govern your use of the Logimu website at www.logimu.com, the Logimu developer console at api.logimu.com, and the Logimu API and related services (together, "the Service"). The Service is operated by CP Development doo ("Logimu", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Serbia. By creating an account, purchasing credits, clicking to accept these terms, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you", "your") agree to them. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

The Service is intended for professional and business use. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you are an individual, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

1. The service

Logimu is a credit-based JSON API for ecommerce product data. It returns current prices, offers and sellers, buy-box ownership, ratings, sales rank, product search results, and historical price, seller and rank series for Amazon (United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Australia) and Walmart (United States). Access is by API key. The same API can also be reached through our MCP connector for AI assistants. Documentation is published at api.logimu.com/docs.

An API key requires an active subscription (plans from $19/month; unconditional money-back per our refund policy). The live demo and the MCP connector (30 queries/day) are free with no account. Features, marketplace coverage and data refresh cadence vary and may change. We may add, modify or discontinue endpoints, marketplaces or features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will post the amended version and, where you have an account, notify you by email; material changes take effect fourteen (14) days after they are posted.

2. Accounts and API keys

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API key confidential, and for all activity carried out with your API key. Do not share, sell, sublicense or transfer your key. Notify us promptly if you believe it has been exposed or used without your authorisation.

Usage information shown in the console (credits consumed and remaining, calls made, and similar) is authoritative. If it differs from a figure you hold internally or receive from a third party, the console figure prevails.

3. Pricing, credits and payment

API access is sold as monthly subscription plans and, for active subscribers, one-time credit top-ups, priced in US dollars on our pricing page. Each purchase adds credits to your account. Subscription credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are made available; a subscription renews automatically each month — each renewal adds a fresh 30-day credit allocation — until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time, with effect from the end of your current billing period. One-time credit packs are valid for 90 days from the date they are made available and do not auto-renew; a one-time top-up grants fewer credits than the same-priced subscription month, as shown at checkout. Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period and do not roll over. Calls consume credits at the rates published on the pricing page and in the documentation, which may change for future purchases. You are never billed for a failed or incomplete request.

Purchases are sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes payment, applies any taxes due, and issues your invoice; CP Development doo operates the Service and remains responsible for it. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We do not attach conditions, qualifiers or exceptions of our own to it, and nothing in these terms asks you to waive a statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Licence and restrictions

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to call the API and to use the data it returns in your own products, services and internal analysis, for as long as your account is in good standing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute the raw data in bulk, or offer it as a substitute data feed or API
  • Use the Service or its data to build a product that competes with the Service, or to replicate its features or interfaces
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share, publish or sublicense your API key
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit metering, authentication or any other technical control

6. Data and third-party sources

The Service returns observed, timestamped snapshots of publicly available marketplace product data. It is not a live feed, coverage is not a mirror of any marketplace's full catalogue, and figures such as sales estimates are estimates rather than guarantees.

You are responsible for how you use the data, including ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and with the terms of the marketplace or other source the data originates from.

Logimu is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Walmart or any other marketplace. Product and marketplace names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6a. Data we collect when you make a request

Some requests cause us to fetch a product page from the marketplace in real time. The resulting observation — price, availability, sellers, ranking and similar public marketplace facts — is stored in our dataset alongside everything else we collect, may be returned to other customers, and is retained under our normal retention practice. This is how the Service works: it is a shared observation dataset, not a per-customer pipeline, and it is why a product you look up once is usually faster and cheaper the next time.

Your inputs. The identifiers you submit — ASINs, keywords, marketplaces and similar — are yours. We use them to serve your requests, to operate and secure the Service, and in aggregate to decide which products to keep refreshed. We do not disclose your individual queries or the list of products you research to any other customer, and we do not sell or publish them. Aggregate, de-identified usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you are not covered by this restriction.

6b. Rights in the data

The licence in Section 5 grants only the rights we ourselves hold, in our own compilation, selection and structuring of the data. It grants no rights in third-party content, and we do not warrant that any content returned is free of third-party rights (see Section 9). Product titles, descriptions, images and customer review text in particular may be protected by copyright or trade mark belonging to the manufacturer, seller, marketplace or author.

Where your use of such content needs a licence — republication, display in your own product, training a model, or any other use beyond your own internal analysis — obtaining it is your responsibility, as is ensuring that your use complies with applicable law (see Section 6).

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy and data-protection rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data
  • Transmit malware, spam or other unlawful, infringing or harmful content through the Service or our contact form
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or performance of the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity when registering or submitting inquiries

If we reasonably believe there is a security risk, non-payment, or a breach of these terms, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but the self-serve API is provided without an uptime commitment. We may apply rate limits, perform maintenance, and change endpoints or response shapes, giving reasonable notice of material breaking changes where practical. Uptime commitments and service levels apply only where they are set out in a separate signed agreement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Service and all data, search results, analytics and other content provided through it are supplied "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or completeness. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will be accurate or complete.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, legal, investment, sourcing or other business advice. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence and for any decision you make using the data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). We have no liability in respect of the free tier.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless CP Development doo and its officers, employees and agents from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or of any data obtained through it, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Term and termination

These terms begin when you first access or use the Service and continue while you use it. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for prolonged inactivity, or where required by law or by our compliance procedures. On termination, your licence and API access end. Any refund due is determined solely by our Refund Policy.

Sections 6, 6a, 6b, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14, and any amounts owed under Section 3, survive termination.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, the console, the website, and all related software, interfaces, database structures, documentation and design are owned by CP Development doo and protected by intellectual property laws. Your licence to use the Service does not transfer ownership of any underlying technology, compilation or database. We may reference your name or logo as an example customer in our marketing unless you tell us in writing not to.

14. Confidentiality

Your API key and account credentials are confidential; keep them secure and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise. Any non-public information we designate as confidential must be protected by you with reasonable care and used only in order to use the Service. Feedback you give us about the Service is not confidential, and we may use it without restriction or compensation.

15. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for certain functions: Lemon Squeezy for checkout and payment processing, and Google Analytics for website and console usage measurement. Your use of these providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.

16. Managed data pipelines

Alongside the self-serve API we offer managed, custom-built data pipelines. Those engagements are scoped and quoted individually and are governed by separate written service agreements that define scope, pricing, service levels, deliverables and liability. They are not sold or paid for through our online checkout, and these terms do not govern them.

17. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration seated in Belgrade, Serbia, conducted in English under applicable arbitration rules, and the decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class, consolidated or representative action.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of habitual residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal and any right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Where such a right conflicts with this section, that right prevails.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject always to the mandatory consumer protections described above.

19. General

  • Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CP Development doo regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  • No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You may not assign them without our prior written consent.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government action, or interruptions in telecommunications, hosting or internet services.

20. Contact and support

Questions about these terms, your account or the API can be sent through our contact form or to support@logimu.com. We aim to reply within two business days.
